thats not a real russian cop.. thats what they call a "traffic advisor" he only helps traffic along.. A real russian cop knows how to break your back in three places with just a knight stick and russian cops dont wear crappy uniforms like that guy is wearing.. they wear jackets with fur collars and a rank you can visibly see. I know this because i lived in russia for 18 years..
