Not exactly accurate.
She began by saying: "I will introduce Dao De Jing's description of Yin Yang." It is very common for most people, even among Chinese, to mistakenly identify Dao De Jing ("Book of Logos and Ethics", the canonical Taoist scripture written by Lao Tsu) as the source of the Yin-Yang concept. However, Dao De Jing mentions Yin-Yang only once throughout the whole book in chapter 42. The Yin-Yang concept actually came from a much earlier book called "Yi Jing" ("Book of Change").

  Jing (ç¶“) = scripture
