  makes the car (probably) virtually impossible to get into an accident. So insurance companies would probably love to get their hands on it.

It's a 8 million dollar car is because it is a "Concept Car". It has yet to reach production. There are hundreds of multi - million dollar "Concept Cars" out there.

I don't know about $8 Mil
But I work for a trucking company that just arranged shipment of a $450,000 Maybach from the US to Moscow. That was one sweet car! I guess they make (truly) custom cars. Each one built from scratch to your specs, that's why their so expensive.

As a middle class guy, I think it's ridiculous to waste that kind of money on a car, no matter how cool. But if I was rich... Heck, I'd get one in pink zebra stripes!

This should be the batman car. This is the result for a design exercise by a tyre company. It was not designed by maybach. This car is one of a kind. Only one built for exhibition.
Even seing its wheels turning is a unrepeaded event.

real nice car, but the most expensive in the world is the Bugatti Type 41 Royale made between 1927 and 1933. only 6 were ever made giving it an estimated price of $10 mil, tho one was sold for $15 mil in Japan
