Ive Seen That Guy Before
The person driving the car is a man called russel swift. He travels all ove rthe UK at motor shows performing stunts like hand brake paralell parking and putting a mini on 2 wheels while driving. He is a talented man..he always invites the crouds out in the car to witness his magic first hand

  The guy's name is Russ Swift, he's an English trick driver, and I've seen his displays a couple of times.
  
  In this one, they do move the car, but also, he sometimes leaves the handbrake full on, drops the clutch on full lock and it spins the car out front end first. Pretty violent to the transmission, but effective...
