I enjoy watching boxing and UFC fights too. But the people taking part are seriously ruining their brain. Everytime they get punched, especially when they get knocked out, are suffering small incidences of brain damage. The neurons and their connections snap. It's one thing to have this happen to you once or twice (as everyone experiences from small accidents sometimes), but these fighters experience it over and over and over again. After awhile it's going to take its toll. Their IQs go down a bit each time. And when they get older, mental dementia and memory loss is going to be more pronounced.

Boxing is boxing, obviously you get hurt and maybe left crippled for life, but then if you are scared of that and dont want to do it, then stay home or go for ballet or something ...
