Why anyone would see any humor in this is beyond me. Too bad she did not put the guy in the hospital.

Also, she missed the opportunity to escape. A closed garage door is not enough to stop you from driving away. She could have jsut backed out of the garage (going through the closed door) or even used the car as a weapon against the "attacker".
