      I agree that these people from the "sixpackquest" thing are after your money. But that is only because, as any gym or lab, they are in the fitness business.
      I disagree with what you say: "Your either born with it or you are not, you can't diet or exercise it into existance!". I've been doing exersice and following a diet for two years now and everyone I know can tell the difference. Much more muscle, much less fat. It's all in how hard you want it and having the attitude to go after it.
