    If you are a beginner, this is retarded to do! I just tried, and I have an incredibly steady hand (research tech), and this is waaaay too difficult. If I spent 50 hours practicing this, i STILL wouldn't feel comfortable doing it on a Wii! Biggest problems encountered: 1) don't use a 6 watt iron (needs to be 15, like is probably used in the video), and 2) do the wire method-- I don't even know why they tried to make it install any other way! It's insanely close contacts, and the solder is so big a blob, and once you let up it dries hard. Plus, how do you magically get a bead on the head that you can use?? Don't try: I ruined my WiiKey.

    • 50 Hours?!?

      Pretty simple to explain... If you don't own a Soldering Iron, don't go buy one. You should make sure that you have a clean iron to allow for "Beading". First attempt and got it. I am a CIO and have no micromin soldering experience.
