Two differant speed and power drills you can put into your workout routine. Great for athletes and functional muscles.
They aren't very good. Thats why. Also don't give advice to a kid when you don't know what your talking about. His form on the box jumps was brutal. When his knees come over his toes like that it is extremely detremental to his joints. Guys like you at the gym always get to me. Your not strong, and you don't want to do what it takes to get there, so you come up with stupid drills and stuff and because the make you out of breath, you think they are amazing. The idea in the gym is to work out smarter not harder. In the future though, please keep your dumb ideas to yourself. some of the stuff you are showing there could really hurt people.
