Well, I am from Slovenia and they are most possibly serbo-croatian. I know their language well, so ... First they are saying "dobro" - which means "good" ... but here it means like - are you ok? ... Then he says "nema više" - which means "no more" like - don`t do that again. And then he says "ti nisi normalan" which means "you are not normal". And you all know what "stop means". ;)
