Systema In Action

There is much more to Systema martial art than this clip shows. It's by far the most practical and useful martial art in modern day which i had witnessed. Although it might lookssimilar to several Asian fighting styles it's principles are completely different.
There is a fighting style practiced in ancient Greece (kept in high secrecy) which shares much of Systems principles as part of it's own style.

As a reply to one of the comments posted. MMA could not compete with Systema. This style is used in very real environment by soldiers and in the past by warriors. It has a long enormous history, and constantly evolving. Everyone who had encountered hand to hand combat with Russian Systema practitioners through out periods of wars had fled. It's history and evolution is over a 1,000 years old.

Once I actually used my judo training when I played paintball, like the guy in the middle of the video with the pistol. I jumped over a wide ditch, rolled, and took out two guys behind a barrier. Man that was unforgettable!

Good BJJ, Some ok JKD, some good Aikido, the shooting skills were fine except for the rolling part- and the pressure point stuff is a joke. I have never seen the stick work-I don't want to call it Kali-not sure what it is- They are tuff guys-I would not take them lightly

all the opponents of this fat guy are knocking themselves over... If you really want to know how to fight, train MMA, bjj, muay thai. The russians have one great martial art - Sambo. But systema is a giant scam.
