#2. With certain servailance (sic?) cams ,..from a distance with that typ of lighting REAL PEOPLE look .....kinda like that...From my experiance ( Work video and my home surv. cam)..So good Try..but Im not All Blonde! LOL

With the low video quality
you can see the moment he transitions with the overlay track. Just before the 'ghost' appears, you can see the overall exposure change just slightly as it tranisitions. You see it again as the 'ghost' dissappears. Watch the cement column in the foreground.
