    raise your up speed "to the sky",it will overload your data transfer,every one has different up and down speeds and maxing it out is not good as a general rule,if you want to know how to improve speeds in torrent programs i suggest using the programs help menu,the rest is as 3zmonkeys said "stating the obvious"
