This is one of two times that Bush publicly stated he saw the 1st impact live before he went into the Florida classroom where the "official" story says he learned of the 9/11 attacks. This was filmed shortly after 9/11. Rumsfled has also been quoted on video as saying that the plane in Pennsylvania was shot down & is also on video saying that a missile hit the Pentagon. People who believe the "official" story systematically dismiss each and every slip up like these as purely accidental. But when there are dozens and dozens of accidental slip ups, then you have to start asking the question if these were Fruedian slips or just incorrect statements.

    He didn't see the actual impact, but the reporting of the impact. I thought something along those lines when I heard it on WBT 1110 news radio, while looking at the big buildings of uptown Charlotte NC, and was hurrying away when the second hit.
    I don't like Bush, but I am REAL tired of the tin foil helmet people coming up with more "proof" every day, often in contradition with each other.

    That's what he meant to say...we all heard the news, and not much was made of the first plane when it hit...the news had said it was a small plane. So he probably saw the pictures of the smoke or whatever and said "what a stupid pilot" (which is what I thought also, being a pilot myself.)

    So please...give it a rest man. Just go away.

    If it was as you "choose" to believe, why would he discuss it with no reference to 9/11 occuring. He is telling this story from the perspective of one who had not yet known about the "Terrorist attacks", not as one who has already identified this fact. Pay Attention a little more, and spend less time coming up with cheesy diss comments to cut and paste on every thread, and you might actually absorb some of these obvious facts layed before you.
