How to Set Up an Obstacle Course in Your Backyard

...the first little girl to try it tripped on the ladder obstacle, fell over hard on the edge of the ladder, and got an exposed fracture of her fibia. There was blood everywhere and she had an 4 hour operation to fix metal plates in the bone.

When she finally got out of hospital she was determined to give it another try, this time minus the extremely dangerous ladder obstacle.

It was all going real swell until the end - she was jumping in the bag towards the finish line, which happened to be on a slight downhill slope in our front yard. She tripped inside the bag, rolled the whole way down the garden, onto the road, where she was run over by a 4x4 truck that was towing a flatbed trailer with a vintage tractor on it. Sadly she died as a result of gruesome abdominal injuries (her intestines were extruded through her mouth).
