Okay i got it from the expert .. my Dear Hubby.. he says someone crossed the back lighting of the room and where the camera was sitting and cast a ghost shadow.. there Mystery Solved Case Closed.

perhaps again maybe walking past the camera casting a shadow, the video doesn't appear tampered with, but I'd say no notta ghost.
