the problem here is that the childs parents WERE animals..just like my dad...i have the scars both physical and mental ,to prove it.my mom however didnt abuse me...she just stood by and let my dad beat me shitless..gee thx ma.

the goverment gives some money as help to parents that have children, and some money as help to poor families. iven when you go to university the goverment reterns the 50% of tution
