      Simply law of physics. Because of refraction of beams the coin becomes visible. If water to remove that a coin it becomes invisible.

      Next time you could add some description for your video. At the moment your description field is empty...

      Are you sure the coin didn't move when you poured the water? It seems like it did. Not that I wouldn't believe in refraction, I kind of have to, after reading too much physics. Still, this might not be the best illustration of refraction, but nice try.
