No, it's not a UFO. It is a sinkhole. Usually occurs in limestone regions where there is a lot of underground water. Limestone is easily dissolved by water and is porous.
The water gradually hollows out regions underground, until one day the ground above just sinks in. That's why they are called sinkholes.

In the local news they a'ready showed shots from inside the hole, i'm from Guatemala. And you can c the broken sewers and they're still carrying water, but now the water fall and acumulate in the bottom, were the original river is still. They must detour the water course to repair it

I live in Guatemala, effectively, it is a sinkhole, but it was weird, the ground was perfectly and suddenly the ground falled and they weren't two people, it was only one! after the sinkhole opened the whole area was evacuated and the stupid hole is growing, they have to repair that!!!
