I'll start with the obvious point that the hosting site is German. Now, at the tail end it definately sounds like the person speaking might be German. Lived there for 5 years and spent a lot of time out "on the economy." I could be wrong, but then we come to my third point. The US is definately NOT the only place in the world with ignorant dumbass young males. Spend enough time traveling and you realize they are everywhere...and not a few IDA females as well.

The license plate in the background is european. You can glimpse it when fat ass is placing the "rope rim" on the hub. It's under his arm and above his fat rolls.
