After the great feedback I've been getting for Tin Trio, I thought I'd put together a making-of video that shows the techniques I used for creating the illusion of three me's. And since I'm also working on future Trio projects, this will be the same sort of techniques I use to create those videos. I hope you enjoy it, and thanks for watching.

- I'm not in the movie industry...
  ...I'm in the vehicle research industry. I'm a crash test photographer. However, my major in college was computer animation and interactive multimedia. I've always loved visual effects and creative video editing, and I've always been involved in music somehow. Great way to merge the two.

Warning Metacafe wont pay on tutorials
I had a PS tutorial with a 4.50 rating..after 20,000 views these dix told me it didnt qualify cuz peopl eon cell phones cant see it. Basically any traing vids wont get paid unless you were one of the first before this new rule came out. Your better off going to Revver.com or another site that wont screw you

- Ramp Effect
  I didn't go into complete detail in the video, because the goal was mainly to show the effect being done. And always remember that there are multiple ways of doing any task. This is just one of the ways I pull this off.
  
  Here's what you wanna know. Once you apply the ramp effect to the solid, make sure that in the timeline, the solid layer is directly above the video file that you want to make transparent. Then in the mask options of the video file in the timeline, change the mode from "none" to "luma matte". This will make the ramped solid layer the mask of the video file, creating the transparent illusion.
