Can You Tell If Someone Is Staring At You?

I looked this up because I wake up when I'm fast asleep to find my cousin staring at me, I open my eyes and see him directly staring at me, and he always does this when he comes over cuz he knows it wakes me up even though he's not making any noise, he brought my other cousin over today to show him and I don't know how long they were standing there by the door before I woke up, and when I did I said, "Why you staring at me while I'm sleeping like a bunch of crazies!" and they just laughed and left.... it's weird but I can't sleep with people staring at me I have to put a pillow over my head.

I think when someone senses there is someone staring at them, they have a connection with that person or thing. If someone were to spy on you unknowingly you probly would never know unless you had a connection or reason for them to do so, triggering your sense of paranoia. however if you were to walk down an isle in a grocery store and glanced at a women or man for even a split second 90% of the time i've experienced they turn and look at you, as if you have some sort of connection.
