  I would like to say that you have the right to ask this question, as the medical survice in Egypt is very poor, I also agree that thare are some poor doctors who had became doctors by luck, but I want to say that we have doctors much more better that those in any state but for the bad luck have poor equibments, anyway thanks for your comment
