Here is a nice tip to optimize USB devices for quick removal, so you wouldn't have to select "Safely remove hardware" button when disconnecting it. If your priority is performance not fast removal you can also optimize your device for that.

    • Good for slow PCs

      This is handy on slow computers like mine. It sometimes takes me a long time to safely remove. So I better lose a little bit of performance than wait couple of minutes until it disconnects.
