    It is a Vinci Park parking, some are equiped with soeakers for nature ambiancing or music playing, they even also use parfums sometimes ... You can find some in Paris, I don't know if it is true for the other countries (there are Vinci Parkings everywhere in Europe an some in North America too. Believe me it is true, I do work for Vinci and parked in some of them in Paris where I live.
