Andy O'Brien is a world-class strength and fitness trainer. His clients include Olympic Gold Medalists Sidney Crosby (Olympic Hockey and Stanley Cup winner), Dara Torres (Olympic Swimmer), Hayley Wickenheiser (Olympic Hockey), and World Silver Medalist Skater Patrick Chan. Andy has also trained players with the Florida Panthers, Miami Dolphins and New York Yankees. He is currently the Director of High Performance at the Edge School and Duckett Performance Center in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
