  Also a surfer (about 5 years out the water though, uh, tear in my eye)... Slyth how you can you possibly say that doesn't look like fun! I got a buzz just watching it. I'm honest tho, I wouldn't attempt to ride one of them, I'm sure I'd end up as coral bait, but that looks *****in amazing! Mooncat, do you know where they are? great vid!

Surf it up !!!!
This is Teahupoo in Tahiti or as surfers call it Chopes probley the most perfect wave in the world. And year those waves are massive. The waves are too big so they are towing in on jet skis.
I love surfing but I would never go surf that size of a wave, it looks scary!!!

  Well its not because of the size but because the wave is too damn fast to padle it. Am a beginer surfer, i haven't done over 4ft waves yet and that thing just looks scary lol

Size?
Any ideas on the size of that first wave? My Guess 35-40ft. I might be well out, but say he's 5ft, that wave is 6 times as big as that little blur. Any one with any more idea?
