Peach face
It isn't a budgie-it makes the same high pitch tweet as a peach face-love bird-and as you see towards the end-it sreetches its head off-as they do. Also the cloured markings are of a peach face, Often having red around the cheek/head. Yes it does look as though the bird is enjoying itself a fair bit.
