    careful of the glycemic index of fruits.Causes a sharp rise of blood glucose in a short time. Pancreas reasts with a surge of insulin,then after time, the insulin burns up the sugar leaving a deficit causing low blod sugar. Fruits are OK as first meal of day, but after that, veggies are better.
