Just go to Start>Control Panel>Speech.

cool
There is such an easier way. Just go to control panel click the speech icon. When it is open type in the place where it says "You have selected Microsoft Sam as the computer's default " then click preview voice.

Still your way is pretty cool

lmao the voice from the end isnt bonzo buddy (lol that program kill my ol p3 comp to many vruses) BUT ANYWAYS you will find that the voice hasnt change for many many years lol since the days of the comodore64 with S.A.M the thingy that u could type any thing and it talks
