      The rocket is Ausroc 2.5, which is being built by volunteers in Australia.
      See www.asri.org.au
      Designed to fly to 30 km altitude (20 miles or 100,000 feet). Liquid oxygen and kerosene.
      Launch planned for 2008, from Woomera Rocket range, which was founded in 1947, before Cape Canaveral and Baikonur.
