  • Would ?

    Tetracycline be a NSAID ?

    By The Protedgy 1174422946
    • No. Tetracycline in an antibiotic.

NSAIDs are "Non-steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs" (aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve, Celebrex, Daypro, Lodine, etc).

  • still not enough

the video describing the harm effect on stomach lining not the liver hepatocites, therefor it is misleading to include paracetamol which is completly safe for the stomach- actually it is the best alternative to NSAIDs- in the title. still ,it is good idea to change the title

  • big mistake

paracetamol is not one of the NSAID, and does not harm the stomach. you could be sued for the misleading information. I suggest you change the title of the clip.

    • paracetamol is a part of NSAIDs

Paracetamol belongs to NSAIDs with the difference that it does not cause any peptic ulcers like the other NSAID do. Hen ce i agree to change the title removing paracetamol as a NSAID causing peptic ulcer.
Aart from this, there are other NSAIDs which are safe on the stomach including nemusulide, rofecoxib, celocoxib, etc. Some of these drugs are currently banned in sopme countries because of other problems.

    • PCM part of NSAIDS

PCM is part of NSAIDs but have analgesic ,antipyretics & weak or least antiinflammatory properties
but it is still considered as NSAIDs..
it can cause PCM poisoning in overdose that cause liver toxicity which is verry fatal condition
