Top view is definitely the best angle to present this trick. The cameras limited visual area also helps.

The 5th orange is actually only its skin embracing the apple that's why you'd notice the exhibitionist didn't show almost all of its surface. Plastic cup was strategically used to get the grip of the orange while inside it and separate them from the apple. A split second tilt of the cup off the cams view to get rid of the orange skin and there you have it another good "magic" presentation.
