  • my city has a curb side recycling progra...

    you fill a large rolling bin up with recyclables they pick it up. It is lucrative . So lucrative , they made it free . If every town had that there would be very little wasted , because you have no excuse , no driving , no sorting , or even crushing . you just throw it away in a different contaner.
