Carlos Mencia Steals Bill Cosby's Joke

there isn't any copyright to worry about because it's 2 absolutly different jokes about the same S**t , and they're not the only 2 that sead that joke, but differently, Mencia might have not known about Cosby's joke, because it's a very obvious one, and talk S**t how much you want, Mencia is the type of guy that you either love him , or you hate him, but if you hate him for his jokes, you're fucked up, he's the most real guy you've ever seen or heard about, and that's that

I don't see any similarity at all. Maybe the copyright expires after 20 years. I just wonder if it was Mencia who stole the joke or the person that writes his jokes for him.

I don't think Mencia should have used this joke. Clearly, it is originated by Cosby. However, the original "Whose on First" ( Abbott

Mencia got the joke from Cosby, but guess what, It's an old joke. Cosby just animated it. The joke dates back to when the media started doing sideline camera shots of players (mostly African American) in the mid to late 70's.
