Cook The Perfect Roast Turkey.

He also shows you how to make great home-made stuffing and delicious gravy to go with your perfect roast turkey.
1. boil the whole turkey in boiling water filled with a lot of garlic, onion salt, fish gravy until the skin is fairly whit and oily
2. put the semi-cooked turkey in the refrigerator for 3 hours
3. when its about time to roast it, put it in an oven with 200 deg. F. until you see the skin turned into brown (don;t forget to turn it evenly every 10 min.
4. Once it is evenly golden dark brown, take it out of the oven and use a clean paint brush soak with melted butter and honey.
5. Once you slice it you will see a crispy skin, juicy meat and a wonderful soft but very tasty roasted turkey....
... Oh the boiled water you used from noiling the whole trukey will be use for making the sauce and gravy....

How about when you want to have dressing in the cavity. Can that be done with this method or do you have to do something different?

I like the wine and water idea as well as some of your other additions. Stuffing the turkey like that reminds me of an episode of Nip/Tuck - :-) Great job.
