My opinion can help you cause i am a real dentist.
The recipe you show its very damaging for teeth and gum.
Please, if you have a tooth pain, and you can´t go to the dentist, try putting cloves oil in the tooth, wich contains an analgesic called eugenol used in dentistry. Nothing about putting aspirine or lemon or another acid. And visit the dentist ASAP!

Available from most chemists/Drug stores I guess.

It's much the same, A few drops on cotton wool and placed on the offending tooth will suffice until you can get to a dentist.

It's the ONLY thing that works, Even the most powerful painkillers don't.

I must stress this is best for emergencies and always make a dental appointment ASAP.
Another point is the oil of cloves does make your gums tingle also (It is a natural painkiller) so try to use as small a piece of cotton wool as possible and in the case of a lost filling, small enough to fit into the cavity (DON'T Swallow it obviously as it can cause severe indigestion in Ulcer sufferers)

  in fact, i'd highly recommend just swishing really warm salt water all around the tooth a couple of times for a few minutes.. get it in there really good.. this will take away the pain, and can also help kill the infection hurting the tooth.. i've had a bad tooth for over a year now... every once in a while, some little bit of food will find it's way into the cavity and cause an infection.. i just do this, and all is well.

But I am a pharmacy student, and as someone said before clove is very effective here, he suggested wetting a piece of cotton with clove oil.. you can also press some clove (1 or 2) uder your hurting tooth..
