    Now I am assuming here... Looked like we was moving forward at about 15 mph, and I bet he had more under control than the normal distracted scoccer mom on her cell phone. He was not around a bunch of houses or anything that a child might come running out from.

    Now had he gotten busted it would have been kind of fun to watch.

    But seriously look at his surroundings and guage just how "crazy" he is.

      The surroundings do not matter. If he's on a public road he's a danger to others. You have no way of knowing who might be walking along the road. Anyone who thinks this is "cool" is just as moronic as the driver. Nothing cool here...just plenty of stupidity. Hopefully he will win a Darwin award before he can hurt anyone.
