Open the door to nothing... but zoom in to the exact spot where something will appear.. shut the door.. pause long enough for someone to swap in whatever it was.. re-open door.. show the ghost, pretend to freak out and slam the door shut.. and end the vid immediately. There was no vid afterwards? No "what the h was that"s?? No re-opening of the door?? I call shenanigans.

WHO are you talking to? Because I don't hear anyone responding to you. This is not believable at all. Are you telling me your first instinct was to grab a video camera? That your next inclination was to see something in your hallway and not try to get the person to respond? Then you close the door; yeah, that's what I'd do. Then you go open the door again? It was a clever idea, and the end is pretty good but nobody that hears crying, ( or yodeling for that matter), in the middle of the night would wait till the camera was rolling to say, " you hear that?" unless they were already in the middle of filming something when it happened.... was this guy with Paris Hilton?

Damn, how fake does something have to be before you ppl realise it's fake. I've seen way more convincing fakes than that. Watch it a few times and you'll see what I mean.

It did creep me out a little, but just like the average indy horror movie-it's easy to spot. First of all is the story line. How often do you get up in the middle of the night and reach for the camera?

It was all just made up.

The first time you show it, you put a big teddy or something else in the corner.. then went back into your room. Meanwhile your friend changed the position of that big doll (or something else) and you went back to the floor and captured the thing a second time.

If you don't believe me, then just re-watch it and look if the "ghost" moves or if it just stands still.. especially at the second time he captures it with the camera.

Hey if i saw anything in my house where it shound'nt be i would RUN!!.

I truly believe in ghosts, my brother was often visited at night by a little girl called Sarah, who would ask him if he wanted to play with her. On many occasions i would also over hear her talking to him and hear her rummaging through our box which was full of blocks that we would play with. She also seemed to be able to move them, making her also a poltergheist. One night my parents went out for a meal and left us with a babysitter. When they returned home they found the babysitter hiding in their bed crying as she too had heard sarah. I believe we moved shortly after that i was about 4 or 5 when we moved but i still have dreams about the blocks and sarah talking to my brother. she was our own little casper :)

Was it a cat crying.? Was it a little girl in the room.? Strange video whether it is real or not.? It was worth watching.....

Setting aside any differences on real or fake, my comments go the homeowner who shot this video.
1. I am going to put faith in you as a human being, that this video is true and you are not misleading folks.
2. I can imagine that if this girl remains "see-through" during the day... it must take a considerable amount of energy to become visible when you are present. This may indicate she wants to be seen. While not a ghost myself, who is to say that in that state, the ghost is not lonely. If she demonstrates emotions of wanting to play, maybe compansionship is valued to.
3. If from another spacial dimension, there is a lot that can be learned from her if you establish a relationship. She may have access to knowledge above and beyond human comprehension that if you can find the right vehicle for communication, it could be shared.
4. Maybe instead of closing the door on her each time, perhaps you can stick around. If she wanted to hurt you, I'm sure there have been plenty of opportunities. Might be scary beyond all belief, but maybe its fear that you are creating in your own mind.
5. It sounds like your ghost may have a connection to the past, present, and future - maybe you could get some paper letters together and allow her to move them around to form some words and this can give you insight into what is to come (good or bad).
6. Let me know your thoughts.

You can see an orb at 29-31 seconds on the film, it's quite small and it appears to the right of the girl and travells diagonaly down towards her from right to left.

Oh my God, this is soo creepy. If it IS fake, I don't know how you do it, but again, your documents on film of this problem your family is "dealing with" seem very convenient for the purpose of entertaining. It seems like you are trying too hard to make the viewers buy it. If the cheesy dialogue wasn't there in the first place it'd be a lot more effective, and would leave more room for people believing you. Again, as I say in every comment I make, tell me if I'm wrong.

This gave me major chills. I couldn't hear the crying, but to see it at the door, that didn't look like a set up to me. I've had ghost experiences as a kid. I completely beleive in this kind of thing.
