  • Its called a churrasco

    It is real good and like he said the food can be addicting so can thier woman. So i got me one of them to. In brazil u go and eat this food @ a churrascaria and its real cheap its like 25 reais which is like $12. We got a couple over here but nothing like that. Love brazil and their people cant wait to go back in 2008 for carnaval. tchau....

      This kind of churrasco has a tradition from the grazing fields in the south when cawboys were used to have bonfire and cook their meat only with salt. Avoiding excessive spices gives a chance to access the crude taste of meat which is important if you intend to have a special barbecue.
