- sure
  bottom "floor" is not fixed to the background, but camera is fixed to bottom. As bottom drops down, the can is held by a wire, like maybe a coat hanger, that pierces the background but stays hidden behind the can. The ring is manipulated so it dosn't interfere with the wire, specially if the wire is bent in a "Z" shape just behind the can. Raise the bottom again to make it appear the can is going down. very old levitation trick.

Hey, pretty good.........BUT,
in seconds 38 throught 40 you can see the "WALL" in the background move so there is some source of magnetism or external pull on the can from the outside of your "ROOM"/Cardboard Box. WATCH FOR YOURSELF.
