  more like jump/ run/ roll/ flip off / on/ through/ over/ between or whatever. It's basically about finding original ways to get where you're going. sort of a "get to your goal as fast and directly as possible" kind of thing. actually, I guess it's kind of hard to explain... people tend to follow certian rules when navigating the world, and parkour is about tossing that rulebook out the window.

the action sequence for that ad was directed by the action director of the mission impossible series, forgot his name, neways the guy in this ad is akshay kumar, an actor from india..the last sentences were in hindi and te translation is,

lady: Last Thums Up over? (pitying him) i'll get something else.
akshay: Last Thums Up? what's that?

(as in, it's so good that u can't imagine going without it.)
