Its simple. Open an image. Create an empty layer. Now you have two layers which is an image and the other empty layer. Select the image layer. Select a portion of the layer e.g. a rectengular portion. Without escaping, click the empty layer. Now you have the selected rectangular previously on the empty layer. Click layer mask. Now, to test it, click back to the image layer and select any portion again. Copy them e.g. ctrl+C. Go the the empty layer with a mask that you created earlier on and paste the copied portion. Move the pasted image around and you will notice that its only appear on the masked area. Mayb my explaination was so terrible but i hope it help. Will do a video on it soonest.

les voy a decir como hacerlo mucho mas rapido, agarras, copias la imagen de la mariposa.
abres la otra imagen y pegas la mariposa como una nueva capa, entonces la escalas al tamaño deseado.
luego la pones sobre la espalda y con la goma empiezas a borrar lo que no quieres y listo. queda arriba de la chica.
y pa que quede mejor le aplicas una transparencia del 86 por ciento y listo.

Do Your really think Your clip would help for the photoshop begginers? I Doub it! It's way too quick. And You should show the whole photoshop screen, not just the images. Zoom it if You need, but definately show the whole view!
