For my parents' anniversary, I fixed up their wedding picture. It had scratches, spots of discoloration from how old the picture is, and some blemishes in their face.

I don't have PS, but I used Macromedia Fireworks, fixing little parts by matching colors and such. It didn't have that huge discoloration yours does, but it still was not good looking.

It looks pretty good now.
