    The throws were okay but unrealistic. A woman can't win a fight without damaging the man. Just cuz he's on the ground (if she's lucky enough to even be able to get him there) she certainly won't be able to hold those locks forever. Women need to learn to stay safe and kick or strike vital areas. There's no way you can depend on them being able to do a throw technique so perfectly that they won't mess up.

  • Self Defense?

    You call that self-defense? The guys' reactions are clearly measured and delayed to make it look the woman always wins. This is not a good example of video training. The actions and reactions need to be simultaneous or spontaneous to look real. Do you think women watching this video will react the same way the woman on this video reacts? I doubt it. They need to practice more and more. On the positive note, the video looks cool.
