  • Really good!

That was a very good job. I enjoyed it so much that I downloaded it to my computer. I used to do flips like those (well, not as good as yours, though), but since I got married I gained a lot of weight and now is almost impossible! Anyway, great job of yours. Keep it up! Thank you!

  • cool!!!

I just want to ask, can you put to much power in a backflip? im thinking on doing the same but is it something you need to practice for a long time or something you just have to be brawe enogh to do?

    • backflip

well.. to do a normal standing backflip, u dont need a lot of power.. u just need a nice vertical jump, then when u reach ur peak, u gotta bring both of ur knees to ur chest, and ull rotate automatically. Then u open ur legs again to land. Its more technique than power.. but , of course, if u have a lot of jumping power, ull get a higher backflip. Chek at the standing backflips i do in the AIM Beach Sampler. Im the one with volcom shorts...
