French woman speaks no french
For sure the offscreen comments are in French but the woman neither speaks french nor the car registration is french. As a matter of fact I assume she speaks Czech (sorry lads !) as she greats the cameraman with "Aloj" which stand for "Hi" in czech language. To confirm that there is a oval tag on the back the car that looks like "CZ". The reason why the offsreen comment is in french is this was capture on a french TV channel called "Le Betisier de Noel" litteraly " Christmas Worst-of".

  I speak czech and "aloj" is definately NOT how you say hello in czech. The czech word for hello is "ahoj" (a-hoy). And, you cannot see a CZ on the back of the car, no matter how hard you look, because the quality isn't that good.
