0:41-he takes the balls from the cups and pretends to pull them out from top of the cups

0:47-he puts a ball in the cup and on top of the cup

0:55-he does not transfer the ball to his right hand and puts the ball in the cup when he reaches for the other cup at 1:04

1:53-he puts the ball from the bag into the cup

2:08-he clearly takes the bag which is in the cup by 2:15

the reason you can see so much is because you are watching it on video if you were at a live show it would elude you because it would be much faster pace and a one time showing thats why the rules of magic say dont show a trick more than once. have a nice day.
