I'm not sure I get it.

I quit twenty years ago, so this isn't a matter of life or death for me, but please explain how this is supposed to affect the desired result.

Every time you want a smoke, hit your hand with a ball- peen hammer. Pretty soon, you'll be too crippled to hold a cigarette. And your rotting lungs will be the least of your worries.

because its pretty disgusting if you think about it.

I've tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.

it's the mind altering scenario that his little ritual offers. He could have used rabbit poop coated in flour and it would have no effect on the end result. Its kinda like hypnosis. Who give a rats ass though as long as it works for YOU. Well done lad !

or sell it in bags 10 peaces for 2 bucks...
it is easier to dip some plastic spoon in flouer and S**k on it... or find a similar habit that involves touching your lips...
