300 Spartan Training Workout. Home Version. This is my home version Spartan training that anyone can perform from home. The rules are simple. Perform the exercise shown in any order. Perform 30 reps for each one. Perform 30 reps per exercise. Complete a total of 300 reps combined.

      You don't have to do 30 in a row. Go to failure, rest
      60-90 seconds, do a few more reps to failure. Keep that up until you hit the total 30.

    I tried the work out, did 30 in a row of a couple, but mostly 10 or 15 in a row, I saw a comment as well, to use a table to pull yourself up as a substitute for the rubber band workout. If you dont have a chin-up bar I suggest you get one. I bought one for 30 euros, got 10 mins to install it and now I use it every day, easy to just do a few here and there. I for one am gonna continue this workout, too bad I dont have a anything except my computer table and no rubber bands though :/

    i was a pretty fit person b4 i started this workout 3 weeks ago and im already seeing incredible results. I regained my six pack within that 3 week period and I am amazed with the abdominal results with the minimal amount of isolated work applied to the abs as shown in this workout

      nah pull ups are easy. i do about 50 reps and 3 sets... and then i wake up to go to school... lol... nah but seriously. they are easy. you just need enough upperbody strength to pull your own weight up

    Instead of buying the bands you can do a horizontal pullup. All you do is slide under a high table, grab the sides and pull up, sort of like a reverse push up.

      it could work but you wouldnt get the same benifits. because you are paralelle. not horizontal. your feet will still be on the ground so you will only pull up a part of your body. so you wont be pulling your full weight

    What the hell do burpees train? whenever i do them all i get is dizzyness and nausea.

    I know this particular exercise, and to do 30 straight off, if done with correct technique is impossible, i've done about 10 and my shoulders give way, so the best thing to do is set a goal of 30 reps for each exercise, then when you reach the goal of 30, why stop there, up it by 30 reps, then up it again etc, you'll have alot of fun =P

      but i tried to improvise by doing push ups but my feet is on something high like a table or chair. the higher the better because higher means more of your body weight goes to your arms. same principle as the pull ups where you have to carry your body weight. i hope this will help and good luck.

    When he's doing the "Hindu pushups" about half way through, he isn't wearing a cap, yet in every other setup before and after he is wearing a cap. This goes to show that he didn't actually do the routine all the way through. He just cut it together later.

He aint doing 30 reps of each exercice... he isn't following the routine because this vid is well made and it is just to show how it's done... i wouldn't appreciate to watch him do ALL the routine completely... Isntead of trying to find the '' flaw'', just get off the comp and get to work ... The guy is well cut, nicely built, you can tell he's trainning hard. And his trainning is awesome... don't need to actually go to a gym... you do this at home. Zaf, sorry buddy, but if you would be in front of me, i'd slap you right there and send you to your room.
