his workout is great no equipment and makes me feel great after doin it i never work out and just started this and i get checked out alot and im currently dating the hottest cheerleader in my school
After only about a week (one day on, one day off for a week), I began to see MAJOR improvements (So did my girlfriend)! I went from being 140lb weakling to 150lb fighter after two weeks! Trust me it works. A tip: Get some ProFlex 15 bars and eat one after every workout.
but it doesn't help that you've been practicing these workouts for over a year now, you should have taped some of the stuff you did when you were still working on your abs to show us how non pros do this stuff...just a though...
i was a pretty fit person b4 i started this workout 3 weeks ago and im already seeing incredible results. I regained my six pack within that 3 week period and I am amazed with the abdominal results with the minimal amount of isolated work applied to the abs as shown in this workout
video was cool thx, the hindu pushups are awesome wish they would have shown me that in school. you do any martial arts, i think you would dominate in ninjitsu, i prefer aikido but im much larger than you and dont jump well. thx again for the video
nah pull ups are easy. i do about 50 reps and 3 sets... and then i wake up to go to school... lol... nah but seriously. they are easy. you just need enough upperbody strength to pull your own weight up
Instead of buying the bands you can do a horizontal pullup. All you do is slide under a high table, grab the sides and pull up, sort of like a reverse push up.
it could work but you wouldnt get the same benifits. because you are paralelle. not horizontal. your feet will still be on the ground so you will only pull up a part of your body. so you wont be pulling your full weight
What the hell do burpees train? whenever i do them all i get is dizzyness and nausea.
I like the Hindu Pushup and the Staggered Push up, will try them out in my next workout routine; 30 of course :D
I dont really know myself but I do know your supposed to jump as high as possible once you stand up and go back down (its also supposed to be done faster than he is doing)

a work out.
I know this particular exercise, and to do 30 straight off, if done with correct technique is impossible, i've done about 10 and my shoulders give way, so the best thing to do is set a goal of 30 reps for each exercise, then when you reach the goal of 30, why stop there, up it by 30 reps, then up it again etc, you'll have alot of fun =P

You don't have to do 30 in a row. Go to failure, rest
60-90 seconds, do a few more reps to failure. Keep that up until you hit the total 30.

What if I can't do as much reps? What should I do?

Which exercise improves the bench muscles
Pull-ups and push-ups for one. Strengthen your upper lats, and tris to help your bench. Front delts wouldn't hurt either.

he didnt say it has to be 300 pull ups its 30 repetitons of each type of excercise and 300 combined so 30reps times 10 sets lets say is 300!! lol
